RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Viva Pearls Stores, we maintain a 1-week FREE EXCHANGE POLICY. Beyond this time, a service charge of ₦20,000 (excluding shipping fees) is applicable for any exchange between the 11th to 21th day from the original date of purchase. After the 21th day, exchange is NOT POSSIBLE.
Exchange applies to situation where a Jewelry purchased doesn’t fit (wrong size).

1 – 7 Days after purchase FREE
8 – 21 Days after purchase ₦20,000
Conditions For Exchange
- The item purchased must be in same condition (new, unworn) it was during purchase. Any damage, wear or tear, discoloration etc. renders such item un-exchangeable.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Customized items do not qualify for exchange.
- You are responsible for shipping cost of return and exchange.
- Exchange of Jewelries purchased on promo (or at discounted) price is not possible. For such item to be exchangeable, the full price of the item will be charged.
- If the design to be exchanged is not available in the size needed, another design of the same value will be offered. If item of a higher value is requested, you will be required to pay the price difference. This is not bargain-able!
- Exchange for the same item can only be done once. An exchanged item can not be exchanged again.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
REFUND POLICY
Viva Pearls Stores does not refund payment after purchase is made. Ensure you are satisfied with your order before making payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
